All orders usually ship from California within 24 ours via USPS Priority Shipping, unless otherwise specified. International orders are usually shipped via the United States Post Office.

Currently, we are unable to ship online orders to the following countries: Belarus, Indonesia, Liberia, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Romania. If you would like us to ship to any of these countries, please fax us your order with all details. InshaAllah we will reply back within 1 business day with pertinent information.

Yes! We ship to most countries. To calculate your shipping & handling charges, add items to your shopping cart (as normal), and when you check-out, indicate in the Ship To section your country’s information. You will be given the shipping & handling charges before confirming your order. There are some countries which we do not normally ship to. If your country is not listed, please email, or fax your order with payment information to us.

Please note: New Islamic Directions cannot be held responsible for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of the United States. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.

You may return any item within 10 days of the purchase date with a return authorization number only if it meets the following criteria:

• The item was unopened and returned in its original condition, or the item was damaged.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging. All authorized returns will be given a full refund minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If the product was damaged we will send out a replacement once we receive the damaged product in our office and there will be no restocking fee or shipping charge.
• If an order is placed, and the package is refused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
